Return & Refund Policy — Mon Prince RP LLC

We want every MonPrinceRP customer to feel confident with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

How to Request a Return
Before returning an item, please contact us at Contact@monprincerp.com. Once your return request has been reviewed and accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Return shipping instructions and any applicable shipping costs will be communicated when your return request is approved. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at Contact@monprincerp.com, including your order information and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, and items specifically identified as final sale at the time of purchase. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions regarding the return eligibility of a particular item.

Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color, or eligible product, please contact us regarding your return. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the desired item.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable under European Union consumer law, customers receiving merchandise in the European Union may have the right to cancel or withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for MonPrinceRP to process the refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
